sTArt: The beginner class content is designed for members to learn the foundation and technique of the Tracy Anderson Method.
fundamenTAl: This intermediate level class is designed for members ready to master the angles and lower body workout sequences.
atTAin definition: This advanced level class is designed or experienced members to learn the full body workout sequences.
Breakdown Videos: In these guided videos, a TA trainer will break down the movements found in each of Tracy's new classes.
Remember - you should show up on the mat with Tracy 4-7 days per week, and we suggest staying with the same class all week long, unless you are instructed otherwise in the post-class chat.
