It is important to always put yourself in the level where you are capable of performing the moves, while challenging yourself at the same time. You should strive to be where you can perform the moves and know them well enough to put your personal performance quality behind them and find your own formula.
Remember to check in with yourself every week to make sure that you are setting new goals for yourself. Give yourself permission to switch between levels as needed. Listen to your body and know that you have the freedom and flexibility to level up and back down whenever it feels right to you. Each level has its own journey and each new level will offer its own challenges.
